Jeff Weber is passionate about empowering and building strength in all human capacities. His passion happens to be his work and is committed to building stronger human beings. The foundation of his experience comes from his time in the Marine Corps where he developed the mindset and leadership skills to persevere, endure and prosper in the face of any challenge. This is the same mentality he strives to develop with his athletes and adult clients. He has worked as a coach and trainer since 2008, and during that time has been given the opportunity to work with some inspirational people. His vision is to improve his knowledge, skill, delivery and effectiveness as a coach every single day.
Jacob Bohn, CSCS, joined the Oak Athletic Development team in May 2016 as assistant strength coach. Prior to joining the Oak Athletic Development staff, Bohn was a strength and conditioning intern at Impact Basketball Academy in Sarasota, Fla. He trained high school and post-graduate prospective collegiate Division I, II and III athletes and professional basketball players. Before his stint in Florida, Bohn was a student assistant strength and conditioning coach at Carroll University and was a volunteer assistant performance coach at NX Level, in Waukesha, Wis. while working towards his exercise science degree at Carroll University. While at NX Level, he helped train the Girl’s Milwaukee Jr. Admirals U-14, U-16, U-19 and Sparks Volleyball Club U12 and U14 teams. As student assistant strength and conditioning coach, Bohn worked with the Pioneers’ men’s basketball, football and softball teams. Bohn is familiar with Oak Athletic Development as he spent a summer as an intern. Bohn earned his bachelor of science degree from Carroll University in 2013.
